Supervisory Responsibilities
Lead and manage the daily operations of the motorcycle sales department
Recruit train and coach a high-performing sales team
Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed monthly and annual goals
Oversee inventory management merchandising and showroom presentation
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure accountability
Foster a positive high-energy customer-first culture
Collaborate with F&I service and parts departments for seamless customer experiences
Maintain compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership policies

- Treat all Team Members and Guests fairly courteously and with dignity.
- Model superior Guests service behavior for all sales personnel by maintaining positive relationships with Guests Team Members GM and owner(s).
- Remain current with all sales department training available by reviewing the H-D Training Portal on H-Dnet. Monthly certificationrequired.
- Demonstrate & utilize best practices from Grant Cardone Training
- Be prompt and available for flexible scheduling.
- Be honest and fair in all business dealings.
- Demonstrate an interest in growing the sales business.

Qualifications & Job Requirements
3 years of experience in sales management (automotive or powersports preferred)
Strong leadership communication and team-building skills
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Deep knowledge and passion for motorcyclesHarley-Davidson experience a plus
Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions
Valid motorcycle endorsement (or willing to obtain within 90 days)
Physical Demands
- The noise level in the work environment is occasionally loud.
- Occasionally requires the ability to balance and push a 650 lb. motorcycle.
Working Conditions
- Is potentially exposed to battery acid gasoline chemical cleaning materials or other toxic materials commonly found in a motor vehicle service department.
- Occasionally exposed to exhaust fumes or other airborne particles.
