At Pentos we are seeking highly skilled SAP ABAP HCM Developers to join our dynamic this role you will be responsible for developing optimizing and integrating SAP HCM solutions to meet our clients needs. If you are passionate about SAP technology and delivering top-quality results we want to hear from you!
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain SAP ABAP programs for the HCM module.
- Implement improvements and optimize SAP processes.
- Analyze requirements and design technical solutions.
- Develop reports interfaces forms and enhancements for the HCM module.
- Document developments and conduct technical testing.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business teams to implement effective solutions.
Your Profile:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ABAP development for the HCM module.
- Experience with ALV reports SmartForms Enhancements BAPIs BiB Infoporter BADIs and User Exits.
- Knowledge of integration with other systems using IDOCs and Web Services.
- Experience in debugging and optimizing ABAP code.
- Advanced English level.
