Distribution Capability Center (DCC) Axis Max Life Insurance
Purpose of the Role:
To lead Axis Max Lifes transformation of capability building by anchoring the digitalization of learning across distribution channels. This role will focus on strategizing designing and institutionalizing a robust AI-integrated tech-enabled learning ecosystem. The position will require close collaboration with channel training heads to co-create channel-specific digital learning journeys that align with business objectives and productivity outcomes.
This role will be pivotal in transitioning learning at Axis Max Life from traditional formats to a digitally-led self-driven and scalable model over a 5-year horizon.
Strategic Context:
With the increasing complexity and digitalization of insurance distribution the traditional classroom training model is no longer sufficient or scalable. There is a strong need to empower our workforce with on-demand personalized and performance-linked learning interventions.
The future of capability building lies in personalized on-demand and digital learning ecosystems. Todays workforce demands flexibility autonomy and digital fluency. With mpitch pro and msaarthi (our LMS platform) already in place Axis Max Life is well-positioned to pivot into a learner-led technology-integrated training culturebut this requires dedicated strategic leadership in DCC.
This role will now accelerate and operationalize the full digital learning vision ensuring deeper adoption measurable impact and long-term capability enhancement.
