Country Regulatory Specialist
Location: Harrogate United Kingdom
Were looking for a Country Regulatory Specialist to join our UK & Ireland Regulatory Affairs team in Harrogate. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in regulatory affairs who is eager to grow and contribute to bringing new and existing products to market.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit regulatory dossiers in compliance with EU and GB national requirements.
- Coordinate responses to regulatory authorities during the evaluation phase.
- Collaborate with local and global teams to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
- Monitor changes in legislation and contribute to strategic decision-making.
- Maintain up-to-date registration records in internal systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities and industry stakeholders.
- Support regulatory budgeting minor use applications and stewardship documentation.
- Ensure compliant and timely updates of labels safety data sheets (SDSs) and online product information.
What You Bring
- A masters degree (PhD preferred) in regulatory science agriculture environmental science chemistry toxicology or related field.
- 5 years experience in regulatory affairs in the crop protection industry.
- Familiarity with GB and EU regulatory processes for plant protection products (Regulation 1107/2009).
- Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.
- A proactive mindset and an eye for regulatory detail.
