The Role:
As a BDC (Business Development Center) Sales Representative youll be the engine that drives our sales team. Youll connect with customers by phone text and email to schedule appointments follow up on leads and help our guests take the next step toward their dream car.
Youll be representing three brands which means three times the inventory three times the opportunity and three times the income potential.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Make 85 outbound calls dailyto warm internet leads past customers and inbound inquiries
- Respond quickly and professionally to online leads texts and calls
- Schedule appointments for our sales team across Hyundai Genesis and Chevy
- Build relationships with customers by being upbeat helpful and consistent
- Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM
- Help create a welcoming productive environment for both customers and teammates

Basic Requirements:
- Valid drivers license
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Arlington MAdaily
- Previous sales or BDC experience is a plus but well train the right person!
