Capgemini America Inc. has multiple openings forthe position of SoftwareEngineer 2 based out of its Chicago IL U.S. headquarters. The employee may alsowork at various unanticipated locations. S/he will perform the followingduties: design/develop/maintain IT applications and their components orenvironments based on Software Architecture models/principles; code/integrate/implement/install/changeframeworks and standard application components; perform technical/functionalapplications management; develop languages/methods/frameworks/tools to supportserver-based databases in development/test/production environments; executeproject work plans in the field; initiate/maintain client relationships for thepurpose of analyzing user needs through research/data analysis; anddevelop/implement related technical solutions for clients.
Basic Qualifications:
Thisposition requires a bachelors degree or its foreign equivalent in ComputerScience Computer Applications Information Technology Information SystemsBusiness Administration Engineering(any) or closely related field plus at least 2 years of experience in the joboffered as Programmer/Developer Systems Analyst Business Analyst Tester orrelated IT position. The applicant must also have: any period of experienceworking with software application development and integration tools includingIBM Websphere TIBCO Webmethods Hybris Adobe AWS Azure or Google; any periodof experience using Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and emerging trends;any period of experience working with software development methodologiesincluding Agile or Waterfall; and any period of experience with working withSDLC processes and methodologies.
