Job Description
Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Dallas TX
Type: Full-Time

As we scale were looking for an experienced HR Manager who thrives in recruiting but is also excited to build and support the foundation of our people operations.
What Youll Do:
Youll own recruiting across all departments from finding the right person to making sure theyre excited to join. But you wont stop there: youll also help shape the employee experience at nuuds by supporting HR processes policies and culture.
Recruiting (Primary Focus):
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for roles across our brand marketing ops and customer experience teams
- Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and create role descriptions that reflect our tone and mission
- Build proactive pipelines of high-quality candidates through sourcing networking and partnerships
- Own the candidate experience from initial outreach through to the offer stage with speed and thoughtfulness
- Identify and implement tools systems and best practices to help us hire smarter and faster
HR & People Ops:
- Support onboarding and off-boarding to ensure smooth brand-aligned experiences
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and help manage HR documentation and processes
- Be a go-to for team questions around policies PTO benefits and general employee support
- Partner with leadership on performance feedback development planning and team culture initiatives
- Help us maintain a people-first culture as we scale
Who You Are:
- 4-6 years of experience in recruiting and HR with a strong track record of hiring great people
- Youve worked in a fast-paced or startup environment and know how to balance strategy with execution
- Great communicator detail-oriented and not afraid to roll up your sleeves
- Understand HR basics: compliance benefits employee relations but your real superpower is knowing how to find and attract talent
- Passionate about building teams and shaping culture from the inside out
Bonus If You:
- Have experience in fashion e-commerce or consumer brands
- Are familiar with Gusto
- Love helping people feel seen supported and set up for success
