A Brief Overview
As a Marketing Development Representative (MDR) at TriNet you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients representing a trusted leader in comprehensive HR solutions for small and medium-sized this role you will demonstrate the ability to confidently speak with inbound prospects about TriNets PEO and ASO solutions effectively tailoring messaging to align with the prospects business needs and guiding them to the most suitable offering.

What you will do

  • Interpret marketing campaign information to determine how to communicate with prospects through structured outbound outreach such as sales flows and calls. Engage with key business leaders and C-level executives effectively communicating TriNets value and services.
  • Conduct diagnostic discovery Teams meetings with prospects to uncover
    business needs challenges and goals.
  • Communicate with website visitors who engage with our live chat service as well as facilitating calls received on our sales line identifying potential sales inquiries and qualifying leads in real time.
  • Effectively manage and maintain your calendar to ensure accurate availability for diagnostic calls and other required scheduled meetings. Prioritize time management to support consistent and timely attendance across all required
    engagements.
  • Utilize to accurately document prospect information and interactions to convert qualified leads to opportunities for sales and to ensure effective pipeline management as well as accuracy and contribution to individual/team quotas.
  • Communicate proactively with sales consultants and managers to relay information regarding qualified meeting opportunities and coordinate scheduling. Ensure timely follow up and alignment.
  • Collaborate with internal colleagues as needed to discuss prospect details or gather and/or clarify information to assist with finalizing meeting data.
  • Redirect current client and non-sales related inquiries received via the sales line chat or any other marketing channels to the right internal teams or resources.
  • Stay abreast of all MDR sales related information as well as all MDR procedures and policies.
  • As directed assist in the development of email and other marketing and sales programs that relate to marketing development and marketing/sales requirements.
  • Additional responsibilities may be added at the discretion of the manager based on business needs.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree Preferred

The salary range for this role is $21.00 to $29.28. The candidates final salary offer will be based on the candidates skills education work location and experience.

Candidates hired into roles in the sales organization are also eligible for commissions consistent with TriNets commission plan.
