Were filling this role for a client a Scandinavian training brand combining design innovation and functional fitness to make strength training more intuitive accessible and efficient.
We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Operations Manager to join our team as we open our first U.S. studio in Flatiron New York. This hybrid role merges hands-on studio operations with strategic execution across brand partnerships events and influencer marketing.
You will work closely with the CEO supporting high-level initiatives while ensuring daily operations run smoothly and brand activations are executed with excellence. This role is ideal for someone who is operationally sharp has a strong pulse on fitness and wellness trends and thrives in environments where no two days look the same. As we grow this role has significant potential to evolve into a more senior leadership role in either operations marketing or brand partnerships depending on your strengths and vision.
Studio Operations & Community Management (50%)
Lead and oversee day-to-day operations of the Flatiron studio ensuring an exceptional guest and member experience.
Own and drive financial performance for the studio including revenue targets membership growth retail sales and budget management.
Manage and schedule front desk staff and support staff (instructors are managed by the Master Trainer).
Own internal communications: weekly newsletters member updates and in-studio campaigns or challenges.
Ensure smooth execution of logistics supplies inventory and service standards across the studio.
Support hiring onboarding and training of new studio employees.
Cultivate an energizing professional and warm studio environment that reflects our ethos.
Brand Partnerships Events & Influencer Relations (50%)
Identify pitch and manage collaborations with aligned fitness wellness and lifestyle brands.
Organize and execute in-studio events pop-ups and co-branded activations.
Oversee influencer relations and guest engagement strategies; manage communication and tracking.
Support corporate and hospitality partnerships including onboarding and maintaining long-term relationships.
Work directly with the CEO on brand strategy creative marketing initiatives and community growth.

35 years of relevant experience in operations partnerships or brand-side marketing; ideally within fitness wellness hospitality or consumer lifestyle industries.
Experience managing people vendors or projects independently.
Strong organizational and communication skills - both written and verbal.
Comfortable with ambiguity and startup environments; youre someone who takes initiative and executes with speed and quality.
Bonus: You have an existing network in the NYC wellness/fitness/lifestyle scene.
