We are looking for an experienced marketing specialist to lead the flawless execution of our global email and notification campaigns. This role will manage the end-to-end process from intake and segmentation to build QA localization setup deployment and monitoring. Youll also play a critical role in championing experimentation fostering continuous improvement and enabling the marketing organization to unlock AI enhanced communications across the owner of the campaign operations lifecycle youll collaborate with cross-functional partners to gather requirements manage resources proactively execute workflows with precision and ensure timely high-impact communications reach the right audiences. Youll also produce campaign performance reports and share actionable insights to inform future this role youll advance operational excellence by evolving our workflows maintaining best practices and developing tools and resources that foster continuous improvement. Youll partner with data and engineering to drive our personalization and automation capabilities efforts and work closely with marketing teams to shape our experimentation roadmap.
6 years of experience managing localized email campaigns for a global brand
Knowledge of email marketing best practices including technical and regulatory requirements
Experience with email marketing tools (e.g. Salesforce Zeta Global Braze)
Familiarity with HTMLCSS and Javascript for email customization
Proficiency in querying and analyzing data using SQL on cloud based data platforms such as Snowflake
Solid understanding of audience segmentation data workflows and marketing automation
Demonstrated ability to design A/B tests analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable recommendations
Ability to adapt to constant change and work effectively in a fast pace environment
Strong project management and organizational skills
Knowledge of Content Management Systems (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager)
Experience with Tableau reporting.
Fantastic time management skills with the ability to multi-task
Attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.
Effective communicator and collaborator
Excellent team player
BA/BS preference for degree in Computer Science IT Communications Marketing or related field.

The base pay range for this role is between $117400 and $221200 and your base pay will depend on your skills qualifications experience and location.
