Job Description:
What Youll Do
Provide clinical support including:
- Taking vital signs conducting EKGs phlebotomy and point-of-care testing
- Triaging patients and assisting during procedures
- Ensuring rooms are clean stocked and ready for patient use
Support administrative and team coordination tasks:
- Call patients assist with scheduling and prep clinic documentation
- Enter data into the electronic medical record (OMR/Epic)
- Facilitate smooth patient flow and communicate updates to staff and patients
Partner closely with MDs NPs RNs and fellow MAs to support efficient compassionate care delivery

What You Bring
Required:
High School Diploma or GED
At least 5 months of direct patient care experience (as an MA CNA EMT PCT or a nursing/medical student with completed clinical rotation)
Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate electronic medical records
Preferred:
MA CNA EMT or LNA certification or Associates Degree in Medical Assisting
Phlebotomy certification
Experience in oncology specialty or hospital settings
