Position Purpose:
As the Senior Customer Success Analytics Manager you will lead the design and execution of customer data and analytics initiatives empowering the Customer Success team with actionable insights. You will play a pivotal role in defining key performance metrics enabling data-driven decisions and driving continuous improvements in customer outcomes. This role is ideal for someone passionate about analytics and customer-centric strategies.
