Position Purpose:

As the Senior Customer Success Analytics Manager you will lead the design and execution of customer data and analytics initiatives empowering the Customer Success team with actionable insights. You will play a pivotal role in defining key performance metrics enabling data-driven decisions and driving continuous improvements in customer outcomes. This role is ideal for someone passionate about analytics and customer-centric strategies. Your insights will directly inform strategic decisions that enhance customer retention boost net revenue retention (NRR) and improve service scalability.

Responsibilities & Essential Functions:

  • Define implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Customer Success team such as customer health churn NRR and upsell metrics
  • Develop predictive models to identify trends risks and opportunities
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support customer segmentation engagement strategies and team performance.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses to understand drivers of customer satisfaction churn and expansion opportunities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales Product Marketing Engineering and Finance) to align customer insights with organizational goals
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to CSMs and leadership to improve customer outcomes
  • Manage analytics platforms and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI)
  • Ensure data integrity across systems and support process improvement efforts related to analytics

Supervisory Requirements

  • None

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Analytics Business Statistics or equivalent work experience.
  • 5 years of experience in data analysis business intelligence or a related role ideally within SaaS or Customer Success is required.
  • Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Looker) and advanced Excel or SQL skills
  • Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills to present complex analyses to non-technical audiences

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

  • This position is full-time.
  • Must be able to sit for much of the workday with periodic walking and/or standing.
  • Must be able to work in an office environment.
  • Minimal travel is required for this role up to 5% per year.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary Range: $93000 to $106000 per year
  • Bonus/Commission Eligibility: Yes bonus eligible for non-sales roles.
