Operational activities
The activities of the Broker Invoicing Specialist are various and may include:
- Broker and partner creation in the corresponding systems including contract and other document generation
- Commission certificates creation of special compensation in the tool link broker to contract
- Monthly/quarterly invoicing of broker commissions for all business lines including control checking and commission calculation if needed;
- Broker reporting for all business lines
- Process different types of requests received from the brokers and internal clients per E-mail or directly in the Ticketing Tools;
- Contributes to standardization and automation projects;
- Participates in the creation / update of Invoicing Standard Operating Procedures used by the SSC operational teams;
- Participates in trainings and takes part in the transition process when required;
- Offers continuous support and back-up to team members for processes and tools utilized;
- Any other activities required by the business need of the country served.

Experience:
- First practical experiences on the job in a comparable role
- Demonstrated experience in managing broker relation and invoicing
- Experience in Credit Insurance industry or financial services preferred
- Experience in an international environment and/ or Shared Service Center preferred
Languages:
- Fluent in English (at least B2 C1)
- German Nice to have
Education:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Accounting Finance or other relevant field
