RESPONSIBILITIES
- In-home consultations with customers to provide estimates and solutions for Whole-home re-wires Electrical service changes Generator installations & More complex residential electrical needs
- Following Cardinals proven sales process to build trust and offer tailored options
- Clearly communicating technical solutions in a way homeowners understand
- Working closely with our install and operations teams to ensure smooth project handoffs
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems
- Experience in estimating electrical projects (field or sales background)
- A passion for educating customers - not pressuring them
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using technology for scheduling CRM notes and estimates
- A valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Electrical license NOT required - but a strong understanding of the work absolutely is.
