You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Dallas Symphony Association (DSA) seeks an Audience Development and Direct Sales Coordinator who will be responsible for processing fulfilling printing and distributing client orders of 10 patrons. They will work with current large sales clients to renew their orders as well as support the Audience Development and Direct Sales Manager to process and fulfill orders of 10 guests and research prospects. Responsibilities also include managing email design requests and social media requests deploying surveys generating reports and overseeing marketing materials related to audience development as related to procuring orders of 10 patrons and program book advertisements.

The qualified candidate will have a college degree and 2 years of experience providing superior customer service proficient with CRM systems (Tessitura highly preferred) and is highly organized with strong attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills are vital to the positions success along with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels both internally and externally. The ideal candidate has prior experience with high-volume order processing experience in the arts entertainment and non-profit sectors as well as familiarity with marketing support tasks such as managing requests and overseeing marketing materials. The person should have the ability to work well within a dynamic and fast-paced team environment. Availability for occasional nights and weekends to attend DSO concerts or events is required.
The Dallas Symphony provides excellent benefits free parking and tickets when addition to a base salary this role will receive commission on individual orders of 10 tickets and recapturing sales from lapsed orders of 10 patrons (one full season since their last visit). No phone calls please.
