What Youll Do:
Greet and assist customers who visit the dealership answering questions and helping them find the perfect vehicle to fit their needs
Achieve sales goals set by the sales manager by selling a minimum number of vehicles
Explain product performance features and benefits and present optional equipment to customers
Understand each customers unique vehicle needs through thoughtful questions and attentive listening
Analyze daily weekly monthly and yearly sales activities to improve efficiency and plan effectively
Offer test drives to prospects ensuring proper identification and following dealership procedures
What Were Looking For:
Previous experience in automotive sales preferred
Outstanding customer service organizational and negotiation skills
Self-motivated goal-oriented and a positive team player
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
