A Bachelors Masters or PhD - or equivalent relevant experience.
Significant experience in a business planning / business development role either in a central team or in-region/country
Specific experience of business plan development either at country / partner level or both
Will have in depth experience operating and influencing within a matrix organisation
Strong analytical skills meticulous with strong intuition for business and consumer focus.
Demonstrate initiative adaptability and problem-solving skills in a changing and dynamic environment
Previous leadership skills including experience leading teams and supply chain process and systems expertise.
Previous experience setting direction for process and/or tool improvements to support team objectives.
Strong analytical capabilities should have the ability to evaluate analyse and present data to executive level
