Overview
Symbria Rx Services is seeking a Logistics Lead for our Pharmacy in Auburn MA!
Responsibilities
The primary purpose of the Logistics Lead is to lead the delivery team by example and monitor and assign workflow to the delivery drivers based on the needs of the department and overall operational demands.
- Create and maintain all driver schedules to ensure all route coverage.
- Conduct the training of Symbria drivers.
- Oversee and maintain all vehicle inspection records and maintenance records.
- Verify all orders are properly processed and bagged for delivery.
- Complete and file all documentation required regarding deliveries.
- Communicates any client concerns to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Valid drivers license and a violation free driving record as per the drivers review requirements.
- Delivery driver experience; minimum of 1-2 years.
- Supervisory experiencepreferred.
