Workplace: Hybrid ( #LI-Hybrid )

Farmers believes in a culture of collaboration creativity and innovation which thrives when we have the ability to work flexibly in a virtual setting as well as the opportunity to be together in person. Our hybrid work environment combines the best of both worlds with at least three (3) days in office and up to two (2) days virtual for employees who live within fifty (50) miles of a Farmers corporate office. Applicants beyond fifty (50) miles may still be considered.

Responsible for the management and development of Sales Performance staff. Participates in staffing and resource decision making for the unit. Develops staffing model and sales process. Develops and executes short and long-term business and strategic plans with Distribution leadership for Farmers Personal Lines Commercial Lines Life and Financial Services products. Responsible for growth and profitability of product lines. Identifies market trends using quantitative analysis. Uses findings to recommend changes to product rates and sales strategies. Responsible for the initiation positioning and marketing of products and product enhancement availability in specific locations in alignment with distribution strategies. Develops sales strategies for agents. Manages agent segmentation and related technology. Coordinates across Farmers enterprise to identify and implement best practices and opportunities to increase sales.
