Join our team as a Nutrition Kitchen Manager at Pelham Elementary School!

About the Position:
The Nutrition Kitchen Manager provides on-site leadership for the food service team at PES including: following all USDA and sanitation regulations maintains at least 12 hours of annual trainings provides onsite training and supervision to PES kitchen staff knowledge on POS computer system production records and temperature logs completes accurate ordering of food and supplies and provides suggestions regarding menu and production methods.
This position requires people skills as you will work with a variety ofindividuals and students daily. The Kitchen Manager is required to work independently without direct supervision.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Certification or ability to become certified in ServSafe Manager
- Read and Write Effectively
- Prior experience in food service and successful supervision of staff
- Valid NH Drivers License
- Possess Basic Mathematics and Computer Skills
