Job Description
- At least 4 years of experience in project/program management of software development
- Strong technical intuition and understanding of basic engineering concepts with strengths in distilling complex design and process problems to their essential components
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate across varied audiences in a climate of debate
- Sound executive presence with the strong ability to communicate at the senior leadership levels in written and verbal form
- Professional experience with compiled programming languages such as C/C Swift Objective-C
- Keen sense of UI design and a passion for meticulous attention to both large and small details
- Experience integrating AI-powered experiences with an understanding of basic model concepts such as inference evaluation versioning and performance trade-offs
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience with software engineering and project management
