Fleetcare Bridgestones direct tyre and fleet management solution for large fleets manages over 300K vehicles across 1000 exclusive contracts. At the heart of this ecosystem is Fleetbridgea core platform that enables tyre and contract management by connecting fleets service providers and Bridgestones field and back-office operations. A key strategic priority is integrating Fleetbridge with strategic dealer networks to enable seamless automated data exchange.
The Fleetbridge Technical Product Owner will lead end-to-end integration activities (from requirement gathering to testing) with external partners while coordinating internal integrations between global and local Bridgestone systems.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership (GCC Analyst Team)
Lead and manage the GCC-based Analyst team: onboard new analysts define and implement processes and ensure adherence to best practices.
Validate and review the quality of work delivered by team members.
Act as a mentor and knowledge resource within the analyst community.
Lead weekly Backlog Refinement sessions for the Fleetbridge product.
External Integrations (Fleet Partners)
Participate in requirement gathering sessions with external partners for new integration opportunities.
Lead or support the analysis and documentation of technical integration stories.
Coordinate end-to-end integration testing efforts and ensure a smooth go-live process.
Internal Bridgestone Integrations
Collaborate with internal product teams (e.g. Tirematics) to identify and align on integration needs.
Participate in cross-team requirement analysis and backlog planning.
Coordinate end-to-end testing to validate system interoperability.
Experience:
Proven experience as a Product Owner Business Analyst or in a similar role within complex backend-focused environments.
Experience in fleet management automotive or related domains is highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of APIs Webhooks and integration projects with third-party systems (e.g. FMS platforms IoT devices).
Hands-on experience working in Agile environments using tools such as Azure DevOps Jira or similar.
Familiarity with DevOps environments and continuous delivery principles is a plus.
Skilled in gathering and translating business requirements into structured user stories and technical documentation.
Solid understanding of system integration data exchange protocols and enterprise architecture principles.
Language Skills:
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
Soft/Behavioral Skills:
Excellent communication and stakeholder management across technical and business audiences.
Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Comfortable working with distributed teams in hybrid or remote setups.
Location:
Based in Europe; hybrid work setup with occasional travel as required.
