About the position
The LaunchPad Program and Community Coordinator plays a central role in the success of this initiative. Working closely with the Director of Innovation & Entrepreneurship and in collaboration with Startmate the Coordinator will be responsible for the planning delivery and ongoing development of the program. This includes managing participant recruitment supporting marketing and outreach efforts and serving as the primary point of contact for students from application through to post-program support.
The role also involves building strong relationships across the university and externally fostering a thriving entrepreneurial community across both metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria. With access to co-working spaces mentoring events and resources the Coordinator will be instrumental in empowering future founders and strengthening La Trobes reputation as a hub for innovation and startup growth.
