Job Description
Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has an opening for a Physical Therapist(PT). We are looking for someone with a passion for people.
Location: Roseburg OR 97471
Assignment Start Date: 10/6/2025
13 weeks Days 8/12-Hour Shift 36 hours guaranteed weekly

Experience:
- SNF experience is required
Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:
- An active unrestricted Physical Therapist license from any U.S. State or Territory is required
Shift: Mon-Fri Days
Vaccinations: Covid test 72 hours before start date with results issued 48 hours prior to start date
