General Managers at Salt & Straw are hands-on operators and team builders who live our values in action. Youll:
Oversee daily operations including scheduling payroll inventory and facilities making every detail count

Qualifications
This Role Might Be Right If You:
Have 3 years of food service hospitality or retail experience
Have managed teams of 10 in a fast-paced environment
Know how to train develop and support people with care and clarity
Love building team culture and delivering excellent guest experiences
Are ready to own both the people and operational sides of a shop
Are 18 and available to work evenings weekends and holidays

The hourly rate range listed for General Manager roles in Portland Metro is $30.79-$38.59 per hour which reflects the full earning potential across all shops within this district.
