Job Description
- 8 years of export compliance experience
- Strong working knowledge of the Export Administration Regulations (categories 3 4 and 5) and Foreign Trade Regulations
- Experience with deemed export license submissions and SNAP-R
- Experience with hardware and software product part and component classifications
- Excellent project management and documentation skills
- Bachelors degree in engineering law international business international trade or a related degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience working in or proven ability to learn quickly and support new areas of regulation and technology
- Strong work ethic and collaboration skills including with an international team
- Ability to lead take action and provide direction in the face of ambiguity and to get results in diverse fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical capability with attention to detail and ability to clearly organize and inform through excellent written and verbal communications
- Ability to build relationships and partner at all levels of the organization
- Familiarity with international regulations and experience with investigating and researching companies and individuals for sanctions risks
- Mac MacOS and iOS proficiency
