Job Description
- Source candidates through job boards social media referrals technical/vocational institutes and industry networks
- Manage / open roles in the ATS: create requisitions post jobs and engage candidates
- Partner with Hiring Managers to execute recruiting strategies
- Build and maintain pipelines for high-turnover roles
- Screen resumes conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews nationwide
- Schedule and manage applicant assessments
- Negotiate and extend offers and process background checks
- Ensure a smooth handoff from hiring to onboarding
- Support recruitment-related projects and HR efforts

- 3 years of recruiting experience
- Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Collaborative attitude and team player
- Some college level courses a plus
- Minimum intermediate level user of MS Office (Outlook Word Excel)
