Summary:
Under the general direction of the Lead Evening and Weekend Supervisors the Team Leader is responsible for the coordination and implementation of direct care operations in a manner that promotes best practices and facilitates the optimum delivery of quality trauma informed care and services to UAC. The Team Leader provides guidance support and feedback to direct care staff addressing issues and concerns within the team and working closely with supervisors to achieve desired results. The Team Leader ensures that each UACs physical social emotional educational and recreational needs are met in accordance with agency policy TDFPS Minimum Standards and ORR Policy.

Minimum Qualifications:
Able to show proof of immunity to vaccine-preventable diseases transmitted by the respiratory route if working directly with unaccompanied children;

Travel requirements for the position includes 10% local and 10% overnight.
