Job Description

As a key member of Connectivity Firmware Performance team you will work on software design testing and optimization from early prototypes until productization! The work involves devising performance evaluation methodologies on SW/HW prototypes analyzing logs and making recommendations for implementing in software based on trade-off analysis at a system & product level.


  • Strong understanding in one of Wi-Fi Bluetooth Thread or related protocols
  • Background or research experience in RF Digital and Wireless communications
  • Experience working with wireless sniffers and protocol analyzers to debug and root cause issues
  • Experience with Python for testing data analysis and visualization
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP protocol suite
  • BS Electrical engineering Computer engineering Software engineering or Computer Science


  • Experience with power performance trade-off analysis
  • Experience with CPU profiling and optimizations
  • Programming in C or C is a plus
  • MS or PhD is a plus
  • Approach problems flexibly adjusting strategies as needed for practical solutions.
  • Focus on priorities and drive efforts toward achieving results.
  • Stay curious continually seeking to learn and improve processes.
