Job Description
Sr Specialist Retail Programs
As the Sr. Specialist you will work on the strategy and operations team providing retail sales and operational expertise. You will work cross-functionally with retail stores vendors and other company partners to enable execution of business plans.
This role is designed to work in a hybrid model which would have individuals in the office on average 3 days per week. All applicants must live or be willing and able to relocate to a commutable distance to the corporate campus in Richfield Minnesota.
What youll do
Execute daily weekly and monthly category responsibilities in partnership with manager and team to yield a positive employee and customer experience
Work with cross-functional teams contribute to sales operational process and strategy for program launches business category strategies and strategic initiatives.
Provide Retail Programs teams and other partners with sales and operational perspective advice and limits regarding sales proficiency retail capacity and ability to execute plans. Ensure corporate actions and directions are deployed consistent with retail SOP and parameters.
Provide support for Best Buys third-party labor programs and partners.
Basic qualifications
2 or more years of experience in Business Retail Sales Operations or related experience
1 or more years of Retail supervisory or management experience.
1 or more years of vendor or external partner management
Preferred qualifications
1 or more years of financial management experience with P&L responsibilities.
1 or more years of Project management or cross-functional team experience.
