Our team operates at the intersection of business technology and customer experience supporting domains such as product finance and marketing across the globe. We identify analyze and visualize data to inform strategic decisions ensuring data quality and compliance. Your leadership will directly influence business outcomes support customer offices worldwide and drive Walmarts mission through data-driven solutions.
What youll do:
- Analyze macro trends and conduct custom research (attitude & usage studies brand tracking behavioral data)
- Identify and validate data sources to meet business requirements
- Develop and implement data quality management strategies
- Create compelling data visualizations and present insights to stakeholders
- Mentor junior associates and collaborate with global stakeholders to drive actionable insights
What youll bring:
- Expertise in market research advanced analytics SQL Python and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau PowerBI)
- Strong understanding of data quality frameworks governance and industry best practices
- Leadership experience including building and developing teams
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and communicate findings to diverse audiences
- Experience with analytics ML/DS principles and developing functional roadmaps
