Working under the supervision of the Dietary Manager the Dietary Aides mission is to provide a healthy living and work environment.
Job responsibilities include:
Prepare food according to residents menus for Laurel Creek Health Center.
Plates food makes salad & sandwiches some light baking cleans food carts and workspace pulls/pushes food carts.
Must be able to lift 10lbs regularly stand for long periods of time work independently and have good organizational skills.
Monitor and report safety hazards inoperable equipment and changes of resident conditions.
Maintain a positive person-centered customer service approach to each individual serviced.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Verbal and written communication skills
Excellent working knowledge of proper cleaning methods
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in varied settings with a variety of people temperatures and climates.
