The Senior Director of Real Estate & Facilities at YETI is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the global real estate portfolio. This leader will report to the Chief HR Officer and drive the development and execution of YETIs real estate strategy to support business growth operational efficiency and brand presence across all regions.

Key Responsibilities:

Real Estate Transactions and Portfolio Management
Develop and implement a long-term real estate strategy aligned with YETIs business objectives including site selection lease negotiations renewals and space optimization. Oversee all real estate transactions and portfolio activities to ensure alignment with financial goals risk management practices and operational needs. Leverage market intelligence broker relationships and data analytics to inform strategic decisions and drive value across the global real estate footprint.

Real Estate Operations and Governance
Oversee capital planning and budgeting for real estate initiatives ensuring alignment with financial objectives and ROI expectations. Implement and manage real estate systems and tools to monitor portfolio performance space utilization and project delivery. Ensure compliance with legal regulatory and zoning requirements while proactively identifying and mitigating real estate-related risks.

Corporate Facilities
Lead the strategic planning design and execution of corporate offices to optimize business performance and scalability. Ensure office facilities support flexible work environments and incorporate effective space utilization and workplace design that enhances collaboration productivity and brand expression.

Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S)
Lead the development and implementation of EH&S programs across all facilities including Retail Stores. Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations and promote a safe healthy and sustainable workplace environment.

Security
Oversee the physical security strategy for all YETI facilities including Retail Stores. Develop and maintain security protocols access control systems emergency preparedness plans and incident response procedures to protect employees assets and operations.

Vendor & Project Management
Lead external partners including brokers architects contractors and project managers to deliver real estate construction and facilities projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

• 15 years of progressive experience in corporate real estate with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven success in managing global real estate portfolios and leading multi-site initiatives.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with lease negotiations capital planning and ROI analysis.
• Demonstrated expertise in EH&S and physical security operations.
• Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in consumer goods lifestyle brands or logistics-driven environments preferred.
