WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Senior Behavior Analyst will support the clinical staff of the behavioral health team. They are responsible for ensuring clinical staff are equipped with the necessary tools to provide quality services and improve clinical outcomes creating a positive family experience. S/he will be responsible for leading the companys two core objectives:

1. Exceptional Patient Experience: Rise Pediatric Therapies patient experience is of the utmost important and is their highest priority. Serving their clients and creating a system of support is their mission. The Lead Behavior Analyst will be responsible for leading the team to make sure they are providing the best possible patient experience in all aspects of daily activities.

The Lead Behavior Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and expanding upon the relaxed but enthusiastic professional work environment. This requires passion commitment to an open and honest communication process servant leadership and being deeply engaged with improving the lives of our employees and patients by improving the clinical quality of the company.

What you will do:

  • Perform assessments and write treatment plans for clients with a variety of diagnoses primarily autism spectrum disorder
  • Ability to independently run a caseload of 32 hours/per week to include direct sessions when needed supervision and caregiver skills training
  • Provide weekly supervision and oversight of RBTs BCaBAs and BCBAs
  • Provide weekly or monthly caregiver skills trainings to families as needed or requested including group caregiver skills training
  • Maintain and monitor ongoing daily data collection
  • Implements policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations for the community based team
  • Ensure accurate and timely data integrity
  • Communicates and explains new directives policies or procedures to team members.
  • Evaluate programming and graphs on a weekly basis
  • Assist with clinical audits/review of programming treatment plan development and intervention planning to ensure ethical research based standards
  • Identify training needs for the ABA community team and execute competency based training based on those needs
  • Collaborate with Leadership team
  • Implement and monitor new community staff orientation and training
  • Update onboarding materials as needed
  • Communicates and explains new directives policies or procedures to team members.
  • Maintain positive work culture and system of support for both staff and families by projecting a positive image of the organization
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Participates in the hiring and training of team members.
  • Conducts quarterly performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.

What we require:

  • Must hold a current BCBA certification with a BACB and remain in good standing
  • 5 years experience as a BCBA and previous management experience
  • Ability to analyze date and make changes based on information
  • Attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written
  • Ability to provide feedback and shape behavior of clinicians
  • Must be willing to work on a team with support from the Executive Director
  • Must be professional self-motivated and energetic
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Must have current basic first aid and CPR
