Your Culinary Journey
As an Apprentice Chef youll rotate across:

- La Brasserie our vibrant 2 AA Rosette restaurant
- Meetings & Events Catering
- Pastry and Bakery Kitchens
With20% dedicated learning timeand80% hands-on kitchen experience youll develop your culinary foundation in asupportive professional and passionate environment.
