You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs the Complex Case Manager Kinship Care you will provide case management and case work services to children/young people residing within Kinship placements and their carers. This will include undertaking carer assessments and the provision of support to children/young people their families and carers. There will also be an emphasis on ensuring that children/young people and their carers are linked into community-based support services.
You will support the team leader in the ongoing development of case practice engage and work with families including those with complex needs and entrenched family patterns develop innovative approaches and where appropriate mentor the team implementing these approaches in working with families children and young people.

In addition to your salary of (SCHADS Level 5) super you can access the following.
You will have Bachelor of Social Work Psychology Behavioural Science or related discipline
