Job Description
Saratoga Bridges is looking for an Evening Supervisor Wednesday through Saturday to work on our Residential team. For this role you must have a year of Supervisory experience within the ID/DD/OPW field and 3 years of experience working with people with a developmental disability. In this role the Evening Supervisor will work with management teams to train new employees provide supervisory support when there are vacancies and help ensure quality services are provided. This includes visits to homes and providing coaching observations to the residential team. Review medical guidelines IPOPs Staff Actions Plans and Behavior Support Plans with staff as necessary. Act as a mentor and someone staff can depend on for guidance.

- Starting Rate: $26.00 an hour
- Schedule: Wednesday to Saturday evenings
To be eligible you will need:
- High school diploma/GED bachelors preferred
- 3 years of experience working in the ID/DD field
- 1 year of supervisory experience in the ID/DD/OPW services field
- Valid Drivers License
