Within the engineering division for mammography equipment you will join the image quality team. Your position is based in Milwaukee USA co-located with our XR-engineering team. You will have frequent interactions with the team in Buc France as well as with our U.S.-based customers. You will be involved in research and development in the field of X-ray Breast Imaging. Mammography systems today are capable of generating 2D projection images 3D volumes (tomosynthesis) and contrast-enhanced images using different X-ray spectra. As a physics engineer specializing in the acquisition chain your first mission will be to work with our US customer and ensure we understand and fix specific customer complaints. You will travel to meet our customer to understand their clinical needs and feedbacks on our solutions as well as conduct benchmarks and tests to help develop and/or characterization new components in this acquisition chain or on optimizing existing system components in direct and local interaction with our France based Team. You will have strong interactions and collaboration with the experts in advanced clinical applications system and software architecture.
