As a Regional Marketing Specialist you will support the execution of regional marketing programs and events that drive pipeline and revenue growth. Reporting to the Director of Regional Marketing for North America this role will work closely with the regional and partner marketing teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns events and partner activities to engage prospects and customers.
What Youll Do:
Event & Campaign Logistics
Coordinate and execute regional marketing events such as roadshows seminars executive roundtables customer dinners and industry conferences.
Manage event logistics including venue selection vendor coordination attendee registration and on-site support to ensure seamless event experiences.
Support the development and delivery of campaign materials ensuring timely execution and alignment with regional sales priorities.
Campaign Implementation
Assist in the rollout of integrated marketing campaigns tailored to regional needs ensuring alignment with global initiatives. Track and report on campaign performance gathering feedback to optimize future activities.
Partner Marketing Coordination
Support the execution of joint marketing activities with partners such as AWS channel partners and technical alliances.
Pipeline & Metrics Tracking
Monitor and report on marketing program results using Salesforce and other tools.
Track lead flow from marketing activities to Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Sales teams.
What Youll Bring:
5 years of B2B marketing experience with field marketing focus event experience management particularly in cybersecurity
Experience creating and managing field and virtual events
Strong project management and execution skills
Passion for working with sales teams and ability to influence cross-functionally
Experience with marketing automation platforms and Salesforce
Comfortable with both daily execution and longer-term planning
Willing to travel 30% of the time
Bachelors degree
The US base salary range for this position is $80000 - $120000 base bonus benefits. This reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position. This position may also be eligible for bonus and other related benefits.
Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. These factors and individual capabilities will also determine the individual pay offered.
