Responsibilities
- Support on the full range of administrative technical and economic activities related to service and sales tenders to Sales representatives including pre-and post-award of contract support.
- Create administrative documentations for sales tenders
- Prepare and send to customers offers incorporating technical and economical offers provided by sales representatives.
- Prepare and collect all documents needed to sign sales contracts after awards
- Management of the bank guarantees needed for tenders assuring that are produced on time and correctly.
- Based on a rotative turn with all back office employees in the office receive visitors in Elekta office attend company switchboard and receive couriers packages
