Job Description:

As a Spa Manager at California Skin Care & Day Spa youll be the captain of serenity ensuring that every client leaves our spa with a sense of bliss and rejuvenation. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the spa ensuring exceptional service standards and client satisfaction.
- Lead and inspire a dedicated team of estheticians massage therapists receptionists and support staff.
- Develop and execute spa promotions packages and events to drive business growth and meet revenue targets.
- Monitor and manage spa inventory including products equipment and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with all spa regulations safety standards and sanitation protocols.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships responding to feedback and ensuring an extraordinary client experience.
- Handle spa budgeting financial reporting and payroll responsibilities.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in spa management including staff leadership and business development.
