You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailRed Hat is looking for a Scrum Master to support our teams working on the Insights Operations and Security services available on as well as Insights on this role your focus will be on fostering a positive productive environment where engineers can do their best worknot on enforcing strict adherence to process.
Youll help guide teams through sprints and agile ceremonies but more importantly youll be a champion of collaboration developer happiness and practical agility. Through your Jira wizardry and deep knowledge of how to make the tools work for the team and not the other way around youll create an atmosphere where everyone enjoys agile: individuals and interactions over processes and tools!

Support and mentor engineers on planning their work in a way that feels natural not like extra admin
Collaborate closely with product owners user experience designers technical writers and management to keep alignment strong across the board
Help managers identify gaps in skills or process and recommend opportunities like training or mentoring
Be a tooling wizardset up automations create dashboards and build helpers that reduce friction and let engineers focus on what they do best
Lead multiple teams through agile ceremonies keeping things focused and enjoyable
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration within the software development lifecycle driving continuous improvement and innovation in engineering practices; share use cases for successful experiments with stakeholders for broader use.
Experience working with Jira GitHub and similar project tracking tools
Excellent communication skills to work effectively with distributed engineering teams
Demonstrated agile project management experiencethrough industry work or certificationswith deep understanding of Scrum
A solid technical background (e.g. prior experience in software engineering) giving you the confidence to support and challenge development teams constructively
Experience with Linux Red Hat products or managed services
Familiarity with open source development practices and communities
Pay Transparency
Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location experience applicable skills and training external market value and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hats compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus commission and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
