Job Description
11 years of functional/configuration experience in SAP-SD
1 full lifecycle SAP implementations
Experience in leading blueprint workshops SAP Configuration Custom Development Cutover Activities Data Migration Testing and User Training and Hypercare Support
EDI Interface development strongly desired
Experience needed in writing functional specification document for different type of objects (RICEFW).
Expertise in SD-FI integrations (AR accounting inventory accounting inter-company processing)
Knowledge of SD-MM integration (MM fields impacting SD)
Ability to troubleshoot systems issues (i.e. ATP situations and MRP issues as they relate to OTC/SD)
Flexibility adaptability and process improvement approach
Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Minimum travel required (10 20%)
Nice to Have
Certifications in ITIL Lean Six Sigma etc.
Experience with ticketing (supporting) applications like HPQC and Solution Manager
SAP Certification will be an added advantage

Creates a shared sense of direction and community among the teams
Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements
Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various integration points of SAP ERP applications

A strong track record of professional success preferably in the Consulting Services arena
Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development Support and Deployment.

Delivery Architects assess a projects technical feasibility as well as implementation risks. They are responsible for designing and implementing a projects technical architecture. They define the structure of a system its interfaces and the principles that guide its organization software design and implementation. The scope of the Delivery Architects role is bounded by the business issue at hand. A Delivery Architect needs to have knowledge of all the different aspects of the technical Delivery as well as robust business knowledge. This includes the Software Architect.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
You are responsible for designing and validating a complex architecture and ensuring its successful implementation.
You should be able to identify and challenge several IT scenarios by taking into account the business environment.
You work as a stream lead at CIO/CTO level in major client organizations.
You lead Capgemini operations relating to market development and/or service delivery excellence.
You are seen as a role model in your community.
Required Skills and Experience:
Qualification: Minimum 7 years experience Bachelors Degree.
Certification: Has TOGAF 9 and has IAF level 1 and is seeking level 2.
Should be experienced in foundation People Leadership service & delivery.
Should be proficient in client acquisition & development and business leadership.
Should be masters in Technology Awareness & Leveraging and Innovation & Capability Growth.
