Job Description
- Lead and supervise administrative and operational activities of the Global Security Operations function.- Oversee day-to-day support for GSOC and RSOC programs ensuring responsive and coordinated service delivery.- Manage field service and security officer requests partnering closely with the Places team on global construction renovation and service projects.- Direct the development implementation and maintenance of security standard operating procedures (SOPs) training manuals and awareness initiatives.- Conduct and oversee incident reviews accident analyses and internal investigations as needed.- Support corporate crisis management and executive protection standards in coordination with specialized teams.- Select develop and evaluate staff performance; foster team growth engagement and succession readiness.- Partner cross-functionally across Places Legal Crisis Management Investigations and other teams to deliver secure and seamless business continuity operations.
- Minimum 710 years of experience in corporate security law enforcement or military leadership roles.
- Demonstrated experience managing operational security functions at scale including emergency response investigations and regulatory compliance.
- Strong leadership and personnel management experience with demonstrated ability to coach mentor and develop teams.
- Knowledge of GSOC/RSOC functions and technology-driven security platforms.
- Familiarity with DHS and federal security clearance regulations.
- Experience working with or managing cross-functional teams (e.g. Facilities Crisis Management Legal).
- Background in executive protection operations or coordination.
- Project management experience supporting global construction or security integration efforts.
- Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice Security Management or a related field.
- Certifications such as CPP PSP or PMP.
At Apple base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $182500 and $274800 and your base pay will depend on your skills qualifications experience and location.
