What is The Role:
We are looking to recruit an Inside Sales Representative who is native English speaker for the UK & I market to be based out of our new Hub in Barcelona. As an Inside Sales Representative you are focusing on a Commercial territory across the UK. Youll be a key player in building new business and growing the Elastic footprint within a select group of accounts with high potential. Your mission will be to ensure that our customers across the territory are maximizing the value of Elastic cloud solutions. We have some unique sales plays to leverage our use cases based on an open source proposition so If you thrive on creativity and innovation and are prepared to cultivate and develop greenfield accounts were eager to connect with you! NB - This is a hybrid role where our recruitment focus is on people already living in Barcelona!
What You Will Be Doing:
- Driving awareness and demand for Elastic solutions within a specified set of accounts by developing and executing a territory strategy/partner plan to expand and nurture these accounts.
- Acting as a champion for our cutting-edge technologies including GenAI Vector Search Security and Observability.
- Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities within existing accounts through your original strategies incoming leads personal efforts contacts and partnerships with regional players.
- Identifying and qualifying new opportunities across white space account by leveraging your creativity inbound lead flows personal prospecting efforts contacts existing accounts and partnerships.
- Crafting and implementing a strategic prospecting strategy for daily execution to gain introductions solve business challenges and effectively position Elastics technology.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with our sales development marketing partner product and customer service teams to yield unparalleled results.
- Engaging with customers to uncover new business opportunities steering them through the sales process and finalizing complex deals.
- Crafting a solid business plan utilizing tools such as Salesforce Clari Outreach and ZoomInfo.
What You Bring With You:
- 3 years sales experience within the software industry.
- Proven and also consistent track record of excelling in sales of SaaS subscriptions and deploying a sales approach that has led to the successful growth and management of both existing and new customers as well as new use cases.
- Reliable forecasting abilities with a consistent track record of success in weekly monthly and quarterly projections.
- A passion for initiating and cultivating customer relationships along with the ability to work harmoniously within a diverse team to attain extraordinary outcomes.
- Technological proficiency strong business insight and supreme communication skills including written oral negotiation and presentation abilities
- We are looking for NATIVE English Speakers
- Currently living in Barcelona
