Job Description



Opportunity: EWP Design Manager
Pay Range: $90000 to $100000.00 (based on experience)

Location: Flowery Branch Georgia.

Day to Day:
  • Lead mentor and manage a multi-person team of Structural Designers.
  • Review outgoing designs for accuracy and optimization.
  • Allocate resources effectively to balance priorities across multiple projects.
  • Hold team accountable for meeting project deadlines.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and foster growth within the Design Team.
  • Provide job-site support with the aid of sales department when requested.
Skill Set:
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • 5 years of experience with Structural Design and/or Engineering.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
  • General knowledge of construction industry.
  • Knowledge of floor and roof truss design process
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural blueprints.
  • Knowledge of current local codes associated with structural design.
  • Good written and oral communication skills are required.
