Job Title: Cluster Business Unit Head Consumer - Northern Europe

Location: Warsaw Poland

Job description:

  • You will coordinate drive and pull through (from region/global to country and vice versa) sales & marketing management strategies and programs to provide strategic and operational direction to our Consumer products brand LCM & launch planning prioritization & execution. Includes achieving P&L targets in line with the cluster & country financial objectives IDS (Integrated Dermatology Strategy) as well as Group guidelines and policies.
  • You will be accountable for activities in Switzerland Austria Benelux Poland and Nordic countries.

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive performance and commercial execution of the BU in the cluster through aligning monitoring and partnering with countries.
  • Shape and own cluster strategy portfolio and budget in collaboration with the countries and RBUs with full ownership of central plans and follow up on local implementation.
  • Lead Sales & Marketing Management strategy and programs to provide strategic direction to sales and marketing activities like business development product/band P&L brand licensing in line with business and financial objectives Group guidelines and policies.
  • Drive best practice sharing and collaboration within the cluster in collaboration with the region and other clusters/countries to ensure optimal development and execution of brand strategies and tactics.
  • Design and develop policies and processes for planning developing and delivering the marketing strategy for products and its brands.
  • Plan and develop sales & business development activities including the development of alliance/channel/network partnerships.
  • Lead manage and implement brand licensing activities to expand brand presence within brand-approved quality standard.
  • Deliver critical processes to ensure product/brand sales volumes as well as the profit targets are met.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Masters Degree MBA or equivalent.
  • Experience in a marketing and/or commercial position with ideally background in both global and regional/local roles.
  • Strong experience across the consumer business - incl. understanding of regional industry landscape and trends
  • Strong influencing and collaboration skills to partner with key internal stakeholders
