Job Description
DREAAM afterschool is opening on August 25. We are looking for a K-5th grade educator/afterschool professional. This position is part-time M-F from 12noon to 6pm. Salary is $25-30 dollars depending on education and experience. Class size is 25 children using the one-room schoolhouse model. Plus two paraprofessionals (young adults) who will provide support under the teachers supervision and leadership. Curriculum is project-based with a focus on literacy math and critical thinking.
DREAAMs SMART goal is 90% of afterschool scholars attending at least 3 days between M-Th (Friday is non-academic) will increase by one grade level in literacy and math by May 15 2026. Join us to elevate and emphasize Academic Excellence! Please contact us at
