Technical Trusted and Team-Focused

This role is ideal for a seasoned Account Manager who thrives in a client-facing horticulturally sophisticated environment. Youll manage a portfolio of Class A commercial accountsranging from tech campuses to multi-site retail propertiesand lead morning dispatch site walks and crew mentorship. The company isnt sales-aggressive but is laser-focused on quality client trust and team development.

What Youll Own:

  • Manage a $700K$1M book of commercial maintenance accounts
  • Lead daily dispatch at 6:00 AM and serve as the key contact for client relationships
  • Provide ongoing mentorship training and disciplinary leadership to crews
  • Conduct proactive site walks and ensure service delivery meets scope and quality expectations
  • Collaborate with dedicated enhancement and construction teams as needed
  • Support client education and retention through a consultative not transactional approach

Ideal Background:

  • 3 years of account management experience in commercial landscape maintenance
  • Strong technical horticulture knowledge and a genuine passion for plant health
  • Experience mentoring crews and leading field teams
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
  • Professional demeanor with clientsespecially high-end or tech-facing properties
  • Comfortable in a quality-over-quantity service model
  • Experience with Class A retail tech campuses or complex commercial portfolios is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary: $80000 - $90000
  • Annual bonus: Performance-based
  • Company vehicle: Take-home truck gas card and maintenance covered
