Responsibilities
The Leadership Talent Track Trainee Program will prepare you for your future role as a leader at Daimler Truck or Daimler Buses in various German locations.
The 24 months Leadership Talent Track offers you the following aspects:
- Onboarding within predefined home area
- Innovative project assignments at various locations in Germany and abroad
- Build up an intercultural and social network
- Get access to various training and development offers with a focus on customer centricity and our leadership culture
- Get support and guidance by your personal executive mentor
- Gain insights into everyday work in our production facilities and get to know our customers
- Participation in a virtual management qualification to take on a future management function

Qualifications
- Bachelor/Master ofInformation Technology / Computer Science / Business Informatics / Data Science or Business Administration / HR Management with a focus on digitalization
- First leadership experiences & first experiences in managing projects
- Fluent in written & spoken English
- Interest in growing into a leadership position in the future
- Willigness to travel abroad high level of flexibility and the ability to adapt to new circumstances at short notice
- Excellent communication skills & self-structured
- A start-up mentality that means you are enthusiastic motivated and pragmatic
